This converted farmhouse is located on the hills above the picturesque village of Vence. It’s a modern villa with a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. When coming through the entry door, you find a large open space comprising of the living room, dining room (that seats 8 guests) and the fully equipped kitchen. Going up to the first floor, you have the master bedroom with a double bed, bathtub, WC and his and hers sinks. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds and each one has their en-suite shower room and sink. These two share a WC. Going down to the ground level, you will find a “separate” apartment but it’s not independent as the stairs leading from the main floor down to this apartment is open. Here is a large bedroom with a double bed, a bath and separate shower and WC. There is also a living area with a smaller kitchen and you have direct access to the garden and pool area from here. The villa is not really suitable for small children as security gates can’t be put up by the stairs.
The 1350 m2 garden is flat and you have a 16*4 meter salt water pool that offers views down to the sea and the Esterel mountains. The outdoor dining area is located underneath two mulberry trees that offers shade and a cosy atmosphere while enjoying your al fresco dining.
