Sales under €40,000 - fixed fee of €3,600
Sales under €125,000 - 7.00% (incl. VAT)
Sales over €126,000 - 6.00% (incl. VAT)
Sales of land - 10% (incl. VAT)
Seasonal rentals - 25% (incl. VAT)
These prices include VAT at a rate of 20%
The fees include the services of visiting the property, listing, advertising and negotiating sales.
